The accommodation was lovely and modern, like an Ikea showroom. The breakfast was good, with Frosties for the kids. The hosts were friendly and the garden was nice.
Oh, no kettle for my precious tea! And they expected us to eat outside in the rain?! How barbaric!

We arrived too early and sat in the lovely garden then we were let in and shown to our rooms once Madame had arrived, still ahead of our check-in time, which was much appreciated. the breakfast was good, with Frosties for the kids. Nice warmed croissants and bread rolls, cheese, yoghurt. Nice bright dining area.
No communal sitting area, so with a young family we had to be out literally until bedtime.

In the lovely garden, I waited for check-in and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. The owner provided good communication beforehand and recommended a fantastic local restaurant within walking distance. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The French breakfast served in the downstairs dining area was delightful. The hotel's location in a calm area was ideal and close to the sea.
Nothing.
